I wanted to be able to track Shadow Technique procs as a Sub rogue in order to predict when I am guaranteed a combo point.

Shadow Technique works as follows: After every proc, there is a "three melee hit" internal cooldown, where the next three connecting white swings are guaranteed not to proc Shadow Techniques.

The next two swings have a 50%, 100% chance to proc Shadow Techniques, respectively -- if they connect.

This weak aura has two components:

The primary component shows you each window of five swings; and has a progress texture for the swing timer in each sub-bar. The three "green" bars are melee swings which are guaranteed *NOT* to proc Shadow Techniques. As the bar goes yellow and red, you are likely (yellow) and then guaranteed (red) to see a proc on the next melee hit.

The secondary component shows your MH and OH swing timers, which is important to see how "synchronized" they are -- if the two red bars are tracking similarly, then you will tend to fill in two of the lower (smaller) bars in a small window of time, which leads to a different rhythm.

There is also a smaller, vertical + compact version of this here (not maintained by me, may or may not be kept up-to-date): https://wago.io/Ey_is-TEz

EDIT: 7 January 2017 - Fixed a bug where it would not count melee swings during Shadow Blades.

This Weak Aura includes custom functions.

I think you could make it work on a non-US localized version by changing the spell names to spell IDs - I might just do this by default.
